All documents uploaded by customers are securely stored inside Firebase Storage with restricted bucket access policies. Your data is protected against unauthorized access, and customer details are only visible to authorized facility executives and state auditors during auditing checks.
Your details are only shared with the official VAHAN portal and government licensing officers to complete vehicle retirement. We do not sell, trade, or distribute your private documents to third-party commercial marketing firms.
