Standard Operating Agreement for Vehicle Retirement
By registering a vehicle for scrapping, the customer undertakes that they are the legal owner of the vehicle or hold valid Power of Attorney / NOC from the financier. The vehicle must be free from legal disputes, court cases, or pending criminal investigations.
Upon successful validation and physical receipt of the vehicle, dismantling is executed. The Certificate of Deposit (COD) is generated under the guidelines of MoRTH. Scrapping payouts are calculated based on the weight of structural metals and steel market value on the day of receipt.
Deregistration is completed manually through the VAHAN Portal licensing system of Uttar Pradesh. YB Builders RVSF is not responsible for VAHAN portal offline delays or failures of state systems during administrative processing.
